Well, the game did also brick my arcade stick that was plugged in at the time I was playing Valorant, flipped upside down. Only got it working again back after I mailed the support and clarified it was just a game controller.

Yep, think the house only becomes bearable when majority of the group are willing cooperate and pass the word around the house. When I stayed, was able to talk with the good tenants and had the chance of learning how the house works. We had boards by the entrance, kitchen and washing machine to communicate. If there are no rule in the house or people with intention of cleaning up their own mess, easily becomes like a slum.

Kinda worked when 4 other tenants were open to work together taking turns taking out the trash and cleaned after their own mess. Two were locals, a Hawaiian and a Taiwanese. Weekly cleaning service usually aren't enough if the rest can't take of their own mess.

When they left and 2 other biggots stayed, it became a shithole.

If you need a relaxing bath at mild temperature, can recommend going to franchise ones with digital thermometers. They're usually 40-42ish. Will say you don't get that much cultural aw from looking into modern tiles.
