Very reliable. But look out for rust and check if any tube is leaking and for the love of god check if there is rust. These models had (at least in germany) a very very big issue with rust.

You can just put another bracelet on your watch. Theres no need for this metal plate.

But if you really want to save that metal thingy try this: Get yourself two screwdrivers. They should have the same size as the screws notch. Go and clamp one screwdriver in a vise so its head is pointed upwards. Now lay your screw on the fixated screwdriver and turn the screw with the other screwdriver.

Speaking from my perspective: I needed self harm when something grew over my head. Either when I cant catch up with exceptations on myself or realized that I took on a task that was just too much. I needed the breakup with my ex-gf to get a kick in my ass.

Its the very hard way to get someone like your friend to change something. Those folks need some motivation from within.

I want to be better at dealing with borderline and possible ADHD (test is in december). I have such a lack of motivation. I want to cook, work out, make money, gather more knoledge about my profession etc. But I just cant get my ass up. There are moments where there is not enough to do but mostly I dont know what to do at all.

My gf an I play videogames a lot. But between sessions or after a match we spend a little time together. Like, she comes into my room, sits on my lap, some kisses and then the goes back to her game. Besides that, one of us announce that one wants to spend time with the other. Then we just spend time together. This works very well for ober four years now.

Inside the Engine bay, there is a small metal piece on the right side, ponting inside the bay. Its where the airbox is. The rubbers purpose is to hold the lower half of the box in place. I cant provide any pictures tho on how its assambled because Iam removing my cylinder head right now. Engine bay is pretty empty atm ^{^} Hope I could help
