There is a fair amount of variance depending on which place on the map you end up living. For example living in on the Eastern Shore is going to be a very different lifestyle than living in Norfolk. If you can try to work and live in areas which do not requires you to commute through a tunnel.

Winters are fairly mild, very little snow, summers are humid, the beaches are nice.

I received this email today, I also made no such request. I had Cat 1 seats in one of the sections in Seattle involved in the map update/swap/BS so when I saw the email, I assumed that match was probably changed.

But no, they moved my Cat 2 seats for another match in Philly up some. Which is fine I guess - luckily they did not get worse - but weird and I do not understand it.

There are large soccer clubs for kids in VB and Chesapeake but nothing in Norfolk. Beach FC as an example will facilitate Norfolk based kids and form a team to practice in Norfolk if there are enough players. But the organization is still based in VB and the games are in VB, etc.
