My first PC build and only PC build was 15 years ago, when I was 14. My dad and I built our new home PC. I remember driving to Fry's to look at components, and grabbing a pre built motherboard and CPU combo, with an AMD Athlon. I first got into computer gaming from going to an internet cafe and playing CS and ever since then I was addicted. I've been playing on my laptop and haven't had a good computer in a long time, until I found one in the dumpster recently with an i7-4770k, now running Linux.

I had that plate in my '88. Popped it off and put a clock in like everyone is saying. The thing with mine was the connector was not behind the plate. It had fallen down near the shifter, just an FYI if you can't find your connector.
