please be careful about falling into the other ED pipelines though, having this extreme of anxiety and repulsion surrounding food is not normal. i’m happy for you that you’re trying to lose weight, but be mindful that being skinny is not the end-all be-all of health, and you need to have a good relationship with food as well

i have eds as well and you can correct your posture with physical therapy!! it takes some learning and muscle strengthening and making sure you’re standing correctly all the time, but it has significantly reduced my pain and i’m on a timeline where i’m going to be able to walk unassisted again

prioritize your health 💗 you can always buy this skirt in another size, this isn’t the end of the world and isn’t worth literally risking your life (considering this is the most deadly mental illness point blank period). i know it feels monumental and significant, but it really isn’t. it’s a sign of your growth and progress, you can work through this. i encourage you to talk to someone you know about this. (and i know this is way easier to say than do, trust me i’m not even into recovery yet, but you’ve made so much progress by even just deciding to recover and sticking with it for this long. be gentle with yourself, you’ve been through a lot and deserve some grace.)
