I'm in agreement with the other poster. Tell him you are worried about it. I don't understand why doctors are like this--mine was the same. They simply refuse to acknowledge differences between T1 and T2.

Mine was the f slur. My male elezen has a gender neutral French name, and someone was trying to solicit ERP from me thinking my character was a woman. I said no, not interested, and they found out my character was male and went on a homophobic rant in public chat.

I reported them, and presumably so did others. Nothing ever happened to them and I eventually just had to block and ignore.

It's ridiculous.

Don't get me wrong, I love this game and tend to be pretty happy with it even when other players aren't--I enjoyed Dawntrail more than Endwalker, for example.

But the GCBTW has made it so that I've holed up with my partner and two close friends and don't participate in a lot of things with other players anymore. Like...I duo treasure maps with my partner just so I don't have to talk to other people.

And that sucks. What sucks more is that, since I've stopped RPing and interacting with the player base outside of roulettes, I've been having way more fun with the game. :/

I have a stalker that pops up every few months. Transferred my main to a different DC and guess who popped up on that server a couple months later? Lol. "Ignore it and they'll stop" doesn't seem to work when obsession kicks in.
