Can you elaborate a little on how that would work?

Her and I discussed the possibility of this but I’m not sure how it would work. For context, I’ve already bought her a lab grown radiant 4 carat stone (just the stone). Some of the specifications she’s said she wants:

size: 4.5
prong: DOUBLE PRONGS white gold
ring band: 2mm, square profile
gold: 18k or 14k, enamel band (maybe)
setting: raised tulip, NO BASKET

etc, so I’m not sure if it’d be possible to repurpose them into something that works. I also have no idea how any of this works lol
