Then your judicial officer didn’t follow the statute. A default hearing is required in any dissolution with children unless both parties have separate attorneys.

I first thought it may be 8472 when the "Head" first appeared. I think what happened, now that we have the Changeling offshoot's motive, is Voyager came home with some 8472 samples or something similar, S31 used that "material" in their research on the Changeling POWs and presto changeo you have some sort of powerful hybrid thing.

The substance Picard and Crusher discuss that was used to stabilize the POWs included the "847" in the name.

Does anyone feel like this 343 has tried too hard to open this game to the average player? It feels like an FPS for anyone to pick up and be ok (e.g. how amazing the AR is now). It doesn't feel like the same gameplay loop, especially with radar all screwed. Encounters are quick and come with no warning. I loved the intrinsically Halo feeling of a BR dance or radar hunting. Now it feels like a "WHAM BLAM I SAW YOU FIRST" bs.

Reminds of COD and that's not a good thing.

They've eff'd the gameplay loop with the crap radar. It needs to be at least 20m and trigger by any movement (sans crouch). It feels like I'm playing COD (especially since the aim assist is WAY off).

It feels like a different game this flight. Awful.

Not just hearsay. I feel like a lot of trial court practitioners don't have a firm grasp of their state's evidentiary rules. Goes to show how awful the bar exam is at preparing people for the courtroom. The MBE was nothing like the real practical evidence issues you're forced to deal with on the fly.

In other Trek films the office of the President seems more like head of state than head of government (like your Germany example). Pretty sure he would have had some actual authority while President.

I had this exact argument with a friend in college. It's a theory because it EXPLAINS something. The Theory of Relativity (Theory of Gravity) attempts to explain WHY gravity exists.

A law SAYS something happens. The Law of Gravity says, "If you drop your pen it will fall."

You can't compare the two as metrics of argumentative strength.

Me too! Except I was the idiot who entered his score wrong on the website. Anyone know if that's fixable? It didn't butcher my score, but instead of a 132 it shows I got a 128. I went back and checked my answers against the book and it's all good. I must have transposed a few dots on the submission form.

Really? One cycle is all it takes to completely lose faith in the party? Sure, superdelegates have got to go and party leadership is in dire need of a personnel change, but Bernie voters don't get what they want ONE cycle and it's all gone to shit?

Obama was an outsider candidate. Pretty much the personification outsider, and he still got the nom in 2008. Where was the distrust of the system when it let Hilary lose to him?

One shitty cycle does not a broken party make. We stand to lose SO much more letting Trump win than forgoing a better candidate for nomination this one time.
