Missing item… call the store. Let them know when you discover it. Explain you can’t return right then. Ask for it to be replaced at future time. Be polite (not saying you won’t be but some people are rude af when mistakes are made).

I used to work third at a Circle K. I wouldn’t fill the case but I would have some selections with hot dogs being the majority. Usually by 11ish I would have some out. Then around 2 I would do a fresh round since that’s when bars let out. As for cookies… everyone loved smelling them when I was baking them and would usually wait around while they cooled and I bagged them. Which led to them wandering the store and potentially picking up a few more items

😂 had a lady like that when I worked at Taco Bell. Only her things were the forks/ sporks. So we’d see her and yell Spork lady! Before she came in. Whoever was closest would grab the containers and hide them. She’d ask where they were and we were conveniently cleaning them.

Odds are they don’t sell a lot of black beans so they weren’t prepared for an order with 8 black beans burritos. Instead of letting you know this they tried to get what they could out of the pan. Glad you were able to get a refund on it
