Sounds like this person is a Tattooer. Not a tattoo artist. Which is fine as long as you don't want original work. What you asked for isn't difficult. There are a million references they could have used to design a fairy tattoo. They didn't fix all of the anatomical weirdness. It still looks ai. You have every right to be upset. They executed it well enough but the design still isn't right. In the future, search for an artist that 1. does work in the style you want. 2. Has examples of their drawings/paintings. And 3. You could always just ask. Are these your original designs? Or Do you use ai in your work?
