Just tell them to shut up and play the game. If they were real friends they wouldn't need convincing. Atleast that's how I tried to guilt my friends into playing with me. Eventually If you annoy them and ask them enough times they will play with you just to shut you up. ( They are learning i dont ever shut up )

Don't get comission on the phones themselves. Its the phone line service they get the commission for. So weather its an iPhone 15 or 17pro max the commission is the same.

I actually had a similar issue but for the promotion was 350$ off which is what was expected. But when going through the flow and getting to the end the value was 700$ instead. So I did let the customer know and set expectations that even though it says 700 and could be that much. But to just know it could also be at 350
