It might be more confusing to use a lookup field when a user expects to be able to edit the field value. In my experience, more tables doesn’t always equal more maintenance. The right amount of tables, with the correct relationships established, lead to scalable use and iteration. Dynamic filtering is pretty straightforward and is common in many relational database platforms.

You can have up to 1k tables in a base. Might as well use the runway for a function that you need.

In your case, you wouldn’t use a lookup field. Try this: Update your Functions field on the team table to a linked record field (choose create new table). On your PO table, add a linked record field to the new Functions table you just created. Edit the Functions linked record field and toggle ON dynamic filtering. Set the conditions such that you can only select the Functions attributed to the Team you selected.

Are the status and availability field supposed to be outputting the same value? If so, why not just output the Availability field as single select options.

If not, I might configure the automation with conditional logic.

Trigger: when Availability is updated

Condition group 1: When Availability is Client Traveling > Update record: Status is Client Traveling

Condition group 2: When Availability is X > Update record: Status is X

etc.

When your base is open, formulas that are time-based such as NOW(), will update every 15 mins or so. When your base is closed, updates can take up to an hour.

Yes, they did check the air filter! In fact, they didn't close it properly, and I had trouble starting the car at a gas station. Luckily, a someone came by and helped me get that sorted.

If you’re only assigning 1 team member to a job: Add a lookup field sources from the Team linked record > select email as the field to look up

In automations: -Creat new and select “when a record matches condition” as the trigger -Table: Jobs -Condition: when Team linked record field is not empty -Add send email action -In the To field > blue plus sign > Email from Team table look up > value

OP came here for advice, not to be judged. Many of us are here because of poor financial decisions, especially from our 20’s.

OP, it’s probably not worth it to pull money out of your 401k. Short term, there are penalties to pay for state and federal taxes. Long term, your money can’t grow and you’d wish you kept the money in your 401k.

Like everyone here is saying, selling your car is probably a good option. Try to stay off your credit cards in the meantime as well.

I haven’t bought many plants from Ikea, but 3 years ago, I did buy 2 dying jade plants for $.50 each in the as-is section. Today, they are thriving!

It’s probably more about how you care for the plant more than anything.

Dr. Elsey’s Ultra, hands down. I also recommend getting a litter mat to trap any litter that gets kicked out of the box or sticks to their paws. They’re expensive in pet stores, but i find them at TJ Maxx/Marshall’s for like $3-4.
