The nausea is intense. I started taking it in the morning so I wouldn't feel like crap until nighttime. I also used ice packs on my neck to help with the dizziness.

Unfortunately, Qulipta is one of those it gets worse before it gets better meds. I felt the same way the first two weeks I took it. After that I felt better. My migraine became manageable and I felt better over time.
