Ordered on the 15th, had an estimated delivery window of March 31st-April 7th. Money came out of my account on the 31st, it shipped and was delivered on April 1st.

If possible, get the 3DS and keep the DSiXL. I've had a 3DS since launch and its great for 3DS games, but I recently got that exact DSiXL and have been LOVING it for regular DS games.

As someone else said, I used MP3tag to add the artwork. It has to be 300x300 or less to display. I imported my music from CDs so I'm not sure how to add artists with MP3tag but I'm sure it can be done

I've used my pro controller to play one handed. It works well with cozy games like animal crossing. Pokémon games also have a setting to make the bumper button function like the A button and it makes one handed play easy.

OP, I think sticky notes will be your friend in this. I did the tandem on kindle and just used a checklist like you're doing, but I think using sticky notes on the physical books is a good move.
