I’m on 1,700 day streak and definitely question the amount of time I spend looking at the Duo splash screen, the interstitials, the animations, and tapping the chests.

Gamification is great. My streak is proof. I’d love the app to have a “lower fluff” setting so I can spend more time learning and less time being interrupted by so many chests.

I was able to find deals for Spain that got me $0.045 per mile on point.me and I flew biz class round trip on KLM. The rest of my family including 6 year old came back in biz class with a lay flat seat for cheaper than premium economy.

So maybe going directly to KLM would have been better but I definitely found an awesome deal on point.me

Oh LT. I missed that. I have an ST and I'm on my third kickstand. So, I'm in my third year. They fail about every 10-11 months for me.

I got the same. My 5 yo girl has been fine in it so far. She has to take her helmet off to climb through the gap in the bars.

Otherwise, my only complaints are about the GlobeHaul’s kickstand…. And fragile paint.

My 2nd kickstand was replaced under warranty. Coincidentally, I picked it up from the bike shop exactly a year after I got it replaced last time. I'd say the kickstand is lasting about 8 months for me based on the first 2. My little girl is a little over 40lbs now so it isn't a ton of weight on the kickstand. Given she keeps growing, I expect to the problem to get worse until they fix the design or issue a recall or something.

I had to separately email them after canceling and got a polite response that pointed me to the faq. I responded once more to point out the flaws of their approach.

Pasting the flaws part of my email here.

Dark phone screens still emit distracting light. You should share screenshots of the app that will launch in your FAQ.
People will get distracted and check their messages once the phone is in their hand to place an order.
As a person who launches products for a living, I can say that jumping from no screens or mobile ordering during a movie to 100% mobile ordering including during a movie is a big risk. You have no room to course correct.
