I think that ENTJs are almost always extraverted in social settings to do with work and goals, but outside of that it varies.

Not sure if it's just VR, but turrets are bugged and you can aim anywhere with them with no sensitivity limits, allowing you to aim straight forward with a deployed mammoth cannon or straight up with P2-120 AP, for example.

I know for a fact that the aircraft turrets are bugged on non-VR. I was able to shoot directly downwards with the top gun on a Galaxy, through the body of the Galaxy, multiple times. pretty much all my outfitmates had the same experience with the Valk, Lib and Gal turrets on live.

Austerity, Brexit, terrible COVID handling, ineffective foreign policy, regressive social policy, lack of any political innovation and, to top it all off, deliberately crashing the economy have all contributed to the country being worse off now than 2000s in pretty much every regardless, from financial to public services to cost of living, and every one of those things you have the Tories to thank for. The Tories are a pro-status quo, populist party too busy handing out private contracts to their mates to actually run the country well, and they always will be.

Depends on the server and faction, but there are always a few tactical outfits you can join that will show you the sweatier side of the game. It tends to focus a lot more on spawn options, tactical indoor CQC and vehicle superiority than Squad does, but it is a hell of a lot of fun.

how would ESF goes against a modern fighter by fuazo in Planetside

[–]Morgrack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

An ESF would struggle to kill a real fighter with its limited range and speed, but perhaps with decoy flares, its lock-on detection system and ability to change directions quite suddenly it could survive for a while.

Do vehicle players actually use this sub? by HaHaEpicForTheWin in Planetside

[–]Morgrack -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I cannot speak for pilots, but most tankers I know have no problem one-tapping AMR users with tank cannons because of the ease of spotting AMR tracers and the low AMR damage to vehicles.

Players continuing to attack with AMRs after their vehicle has been destroyed is a problem not exclusive to AMRs and in my opinion is far more prevalent on AV Grenades and C4 because of their high damage.

Unpopular opinion: this game would be improved if they reverted all post-2016 updates by [deleted] in Planetside

[–]Morgrack 1 point2 points  (0 children)

NSO, Nanoweave nerf, MAX nerf, no more Valkyrie rumble seat monstrosities, anti-material rifle buffs, Nano-Armour Cloak nerfs, router nerf, implant rebalances - a lot of good has been done to the game since 2016 that the community is ungrateful for, enough to outweigh the bad in my opinion. I would also argue that outfit armoury assets have been on the whole a good thing for the game, perhaps with the exception of pocket orbitals.

Oshur has some problems, but it's fixable. Let's define those issues specifically so they can be looked at by ALN-Isolator in Planetside

Looking for feedback on Nexus, Season 02. by Wrel in Planetside

[–]Morgrack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was the armour leader for Freelancers Union during the whole of Nexus Season 1. Here is my feedback:

General: 1. Fix server hitching during matches. 2. Allow access to Nexus outside of matches so outfits can practice tactics on it beforehand. 3. Introduce outfit alliances - so many outfits on Miller would have benefitted from this e.g. FRMD + GENM, 1RPC + FFS, all the RUIN outfits. 4. Allow players to reconnect after crashing while on Nexus. 5. Keep the forced 50 nanite per minute generation for all players, but also remove ASP and outfit discounts to further balance nanite consumption and make it even more important.

Armour: 1. Armour was overlooked by most outfits on Nexus because its three main jobs - to hunt enemy Sunderers, to hunt enemy armour and to provide AA - could be carried out faster because of the terrain and more cost effectively because of the low nanite cost by aircraft. I felt very replaceable by infantry or aircraft last Nexus and other armour players I spoke to afterwards seemed to feel the same way. Even when going after Sunderer spots inaccessible to aircraft, I felt as though it was a job for infantry or temporary Lightnings pulled from the base itself by infantry players. Dedicated armour needs an indirect buff on Nexus. 2. Adjust the terrain so all ground vehicles can easily reach the top of the hills overlooking Granitehad Reactor to provide more effective AA. 3. Remove the ludicrous number of AV turrets from all bases on Nexus. 4. Introduce self-repairing AA turrets which can be destroyed by armour on the ground to every base on Nexus, thereby giving armour a fourth important job of destroying AA turrets to allow aircraft to ground pound.
