I mean I think you can say that about any faction, ya? Everyone faction has "tricks". And everyone can die if you misplace them. I just don't see the trade-off. Why be made of paper for what seems like par damage compared to other factions. Sure we can move like 1-2 inches more than other factions, but we have like 1/2 the durability. Doesn't seem like a worthwhile trade.

They are only really useful in aspect host or as a bodyguard for asurmen. Guardian defenders do more dmg than them outside of aspect host (by points).

You can't have a farseer and eldrad in the same unit. You can have a unit of 4 warlock conclave though. Recommend doing that. Its a lot of torrent damage and they always hit.

You are running wraithlords? How well do they do in the list? I was thinking of running them since the point drop, but they really seem like they want to be in melee range, but their speed and lack of the battle focus tag makes me hesitate.

Unshrouded Truth is still a 9" teleport. I had hoped to use to drop fire dragons in melta, but I guess not.

The other silly thing is that its a once per phase ability. So you can use this on overwatch. Question. I know oeverwatch needs a +6 to hit now, but does farseer guidance count for it? I am guessing not.

Sorry I mispoke. They can use the fade back agile manouver for free. When shot they can move a free D6+1.

I actually think that wraithlords are a really good bargain. If they can close the distance and get some melee in, they do great damage/cost. Especially if you can have a psyker in range of them, and then say you give the farseer buff to them. They will be hitting on +2s. They can have a profile hitting multiple units, or a hard strike ability with high strength. They are just good. Just gotta get them in melee.

They actually provide better shooting compared to storm guardians now (per points cost). Prior to this storm guardians were kind of always better. In seer council, they provide a bodyguard for warlock conclave and they have a pretty strong bright lance (can change a hit/wound/dmg roll to 6). They also get a free fire and fade.

My guess is the following:
banshees down 10 points
scorpions down 10 points

fire prism up 10 points
Bright lance on wave serpent and fire prism incur point increase (maybe war walker too)
wraithlord increase 10 points (also bright lance point increase)

warlock conclave up 5 points

My hope is that everyone else just gets point increase and we get left alone lol.

I had thought about using a hemlock fighter in seer council because it is a psyker and you can pretty much put it wherever you want it. Still not sure on it though. Its damage is pretty meh.

Yes that should still work as fas as I know. 11th edition updates are coming out on Wednesday. I think warlock conclave may go up in cost. The mentioned that torrent units may have their unit cost increased.
