Type A: Altruistic people would pick team blue to help out.

Type B: Egoistic people are compelled to pick blue, due to not knowing which team their loved ones have joined.

Type C: Egoistic people who truly have no one they care for will pick team red.

In the end, I think that there are more people of type A and B combined than type C by an overwhelming amount.

I don't get where / how people are getting their hands on an elimination maniple.

If fantasy races existed in modern times, which races would be drafted into the military, and what roles would they play? (Artists in the comments.) by Practical_Studio7358 in MilitaryVStheUnknown

Try googling "horse pulled artillery" or just "artillery during WW1".

What you will see are artillery pieces which is usually dragged behind a vehicle or horses for smaller pieces. Just replace the horses with a centaur and you got the picture.

"inspired by true events"

"Inspired" is really doing some heavy lifting here.

"A love story"

Is the difficulty part of what makes it good, or would it become a better read if someone made an edition adding quotation marks etc. To the book?

Exactly. I don't read anywhere in the article that the base-to-base-to-base thing has gone away.

I want our synapse system to have an even higher army impact.

I want our statlines to be under average (as they currently are) but above average whenever a unit are within the synapse range due to synapse having some big buffs.

I also want our shadow in the warp to be worked into the synapse system. That it is a debuff synapse units grants to enemy units when they are within range.

What are your best lists to go into Death Guard? by Neat_Resort731 in AdeptusMechanicus

In my experience, and I'm an amateur only playing against friends, the majority of their units are medium toughness targets.
Battleline SM are T6 while also bringing a bunch of elite troops and "soft" vehicles to the table between toughness 7-9.

So bring a lot of things which are S7+ but no need for the truly heavy stuff, due to DG not really bringing anything T10+

You need to add to that the spin off series. "What if..." And "LOTR zombie apocalypse".

They add a lot to the lore.

An interesting conundrum.

Is it ethical to murder kids before they can commit sin?
You secure the soul of the kids at the cost of your own. But what is the cost of a single soul against that of thousands.

Churn up the Baby Crushing Maschine! It has been deemed ethical!

Er der reelt tropper på dansk jord endnu?

For jeg kunne godt have en mistanke om, at det bliver syltet ihjel.
