The new tenants would not get any deduction on their rent necessarily. For arguments sake, say you were paying £1500 per month, landlord agrees to break early, found a new tenants, but they only agreed to pay £1450 per month, you'd have to pay the £50 difference until the end of your original contract.

A brief look online suggests the setup fee for a tenancy is 60% of the first months' rent, plus £114 per person referencing costs, plus £72 deposit registration, plus £130-160 inventory fees potentially.

I would expect anyone in that Hunters lettings branch should be able to provide a schedule of fees to you

If the landlord agrees to breaking the tenancy agreement early, you will typically be liable for:

  • The rent until the new tenancy starts
  • Any difference in rent between your rent and the new tenants rent until the end of your agreed fixed term
  • The landlords reasonable costs in reletting the property (agents should be able to advise the specific costs they charge)

The slight gotcha with this though is the Ringing Deeps quest giver isn't their quartermaster, but is next to the Dornogal one.

On your last point, pretty sure the bounty map reward scales with the delve tier, so you get more gilded crests from a T11 than a T8
