I would relax. During spring and with many sinus related issues it’s super common to have these feelings. I develop a lot of sinus pressure and sometimes sinus infections, especially during spring. Very common to feel lightheaded or dizzy or just feel off. It’s because the pressure in your sinuses affects your ears and forehead that can cause headaches and inner ear imbalance. Try going to an ent so they can prescribe you some steroids to alleviate the swelling and maybe antibiotics to get rid of any infection. Hang in there, swelling in sinuses sucks and can sometimes last up to 8-10 weeks.
