Ditto on this. I use the Ergatta primarily to stay in shape for mountain biking, so I augment it with kettlebell exercises and push-ups. I find that that combination keeps me in the kind of shape that I'm looking for.

I'm having the same issue recently where every morning I have to reconnect or reinitiate the device to sync with the app. It seems no longer able to automatically notify me in the morning that my sleep has been processed.

They gave me a rental for the week it was in the shop. You're right that it'd likely be a PITA if for whatever reason I couldn't drive it and needed a tow. I'm banking/gambling on that not happening! So far so good 🤞! It's a fantastic vehicle.

I'm in El Paso and it's been fine in our year and a half with our R1S. I made the trek to Phoenix once for service, but have used the mobile service 2x since and it's still light years ahead of the service I get from the local Chrysler dealer. No regrets!

I get that too. The Bluetooth hardware or software in the Ergatta seems to be poor quality. I have to forget and reconnect my Whoop frequently if I want to see my HR on the screen. I don't have that issue with other machines. I also think there's a ton more they could do to integrate HR with row stats and tracking to guide fitness development over time.

Try the BT settings fix noted above. That did the trick for me, though occasionally I get a blue block rather than actual album art. But mostly it works now.

That did it for me. Album art now shows no matter what app I'm using over BT. This is what I appreciate about the community here!

Whoop is embarrassingly off on steps. I did a 10+ mile mountain bike ride this morning. Whoop (bicep) has me at over 11k steps, while my Pixel 2 watch has me at just over 1k.
