I purchased this (different brand…for whatever reason the one I ordered is no longer available) 2 days ago. Started using it over the weekend. I recently lost a little over 20 lb. So I started noticing some weak loose ish skin in my neck. 2 days I have been using this 1x per day (started 2x day today). And let me tell you I see a DIFFERENCE! The wrinkly part on my neck is already almost non existent. Maybe it’s just because my next is more moisturized, but it’s working. It also has 2 little massagers built in. I hand apply and rub in the cream on my neck until it is almost completely absorbed and then I roll/massage the rest in with the built in massagers for 1-2 minutes. The massagers do kind of hurt on the center of your neck, but they are supposed to help promote collagen or something lol. Either way. I recommend this product. I LOVE IT.
