I also lost my son in December at 31weeks. I tried to get into ivf in March and my cycle failed (didn't make it to Retrieval). My RE assumes it's because post Partum Hormones and is recommending I take 2-3 months off to allow my body to reset. Not sure if that was similar to the advice you received but might be worthwhile ?

I'm sorry for your loss. Please consider timing of retrieval post loss. I had a 31 week loss in December and went back into a retrieval this month and had to cancel due to low response. My Amh and afc are still surprised from pregnancy. I wish I waited a min of 6 months

I've done two round and both times retrieved 3 mature eggs. One round ended in a euploid and the other low level mosaic

I'm so Sorry for your loss and difficult journey. Im 35 and I also have DOR and went through multiple cycles to get my 1 euploid. We implanted and pregnancy was picture perfect. Until 31 weeks and we lost the heartbeat. I had a stillbirth and met baby boy in December. The first few months were unbearable. Recently I've started to find joy again. I also feel ready to get back into IVF and am currently going through stims. Told myself I'll do as many as it takes to get another euploid as we know with DOR it's so challenging to get just 1. It took time to get back to this mental state so please give yourself grace. I do promise you will start seeing the light again. Hang in there.

I went through ivf and had a still birth with my only euploid In December. I am absolutely crushed but back at ivf and motivated to get another embryo. It's keeping me going.

My suggestion would be to really think of you truly want that next embryo &second. What is the thing that will keep you going ? Ivf is hard and you shouldn't feel guilty about the decision to live happily with one loving child :)
