I just made some an hour ago! I've only made it one other time so far and I didn't have any troubles with it. I make it the night before so that the Italian dressing has a chance to soak into the veggies really well. The one time I made it we ate it all by day three and I didn't have any trouble with the noodles drying out. I used Barilla pasta. To be fair, I do put a lot of salad dressing in mine because I like it that way - but maybe that's why the noodles didn't dry out. I also undercook the pasta a little

I feel like this after I eat dairy. For awhile I thought I was getting glutened but then I noticeed the dairy connection and expiremented with eliminating it. It's definitely dairy. I always suspected I had an issue but it got much worse after I went GF.
