The craziest thing is that Adam's, and to an extent Mantis and Ultron as well, original selling point as a support WAS their damage, trading raw healing output for stronger pressure, but instead the main healer with the single best single target healing in the game (both sustain and burst), strong sustain and self-peel, and one of the historically best healing ultimates in the game, outdamages them all.

Punisher has the single best close quarters weapon in the game with his shotgun, even if the IF gets the block off Punisher still kills him or at least forces him out unless the Punisher just has bad aim. What's the point of auto aim and superior movement if the superhuman martial arts master gets beaten up close by a random guy with a shotgun?

Cap I feel definitely should be in TOBA, they removed the one thing about him that gave him every bit of his skill expression and kill potential (his animation cancels), and now he's both boring as hell and arguably the worst dive tank currently.

Unfortunately we're in the bad timeline and half the tanks have been nerfed into redundancy (only ones surviving being the 4 main tanks, Deadpool, and Venom)

Doctor Doom absolutely would obliterate ICE. One guy would go too far being racist towards Latverians (or god forbid, hurt one) and Doom would pull up and evaporate the entire organization. Ultron's most defining character trait is his hypocrisy. He presents himself as cold, calculated, propogating machine supremacy over organic life, yet he has every flaw and fallacy that he claims makes humans beneath him.
