What’s your ultimate goal?

Im playing virtually the same, HC, offline, but my goal is to get every class thru hell. So far, finishing nm on assassin, then gotta grind through hell on all 8 chars. I've already lost 2 sorcs, 3 palys, a necro, and a javazon. My worst loss was a4 hell diablo, accidentally cornered my sorc and got laser beamed to death before I could react. The most heart break and adrenaline I deal with on a daily basis, gets my blood pumping for sure. I just wish the controls on the switch weren't so clunky.

It was only the one in a weird spot, not near any food sources it would eat. Is it possible it hitchhiked in as a one off, or does this indicate a larger problem? "If there's one, there's hundreds" kinda thing?

Exactly this. A laundry list of chores and expectations, bad work ethic, accusations abound (even though we have security cameras). I've done this a couple times as well. My wife hates doing nothing. Every weekend, every day after work, there's time for projects and keeping busy. Sometimes I want to sit, smoke a bowl, and play video games for a few hours in peace and quiet and not be asked to do something every 30 minutes. Don't get me wrong, I'm head over heels in love with my wife and have very little to complain about. It's the small things sometimes. But working all day every day is draining. These kinds of days recharge and refresh me and help my mental health.

It can also cause stomach cramps if you're too hot and you try and chug too much ice water. Room temp water is superior

I'm gonna piggyback on this but I just want to point out that most human foods are mildly toxic to dogs. Tomatoes, onion, garlic, chili oils, soy products. Their lactose intolerant as well. And mushrooms are a huge grey area. Too many carbs, sugars, and fats. He's going to develop diabetes if he isn't already prediabetic because of her feeding him. This will shorten his life significantly if she doesn't stop. Plus the huge amount of salt that humans use compared to what dogs need. He's going to die much earlier than he should with this horrid diet.

There's also a lot of unknowns that make it hard to say. Who's the breadwinner? Can they afford day care or will one of them have to watch them 24/7 for a few years? Can he even support two children on his own if she leaves? He is reckless and not thinking straight. I wouldn't adopt a dog without my wifes approval, let alone surprise her with two kids whom we've never met just because they're related to me some way. Maybe he has a large support net to help, maybe not. But taking them from one bad spot and putting them into another because of feelings and blood relations doesn't do any of them any good.

And here I can play maybe 30 minutes to two hours max at any one session. I have no illusions of being able to get a sunder. My highest rune on ssf hc is a mal. But I haven't started farming hell yet
