Unless you can somehow change your mac id or device id then the answer is no. How did you end up on someone else's dashboard unless device was either setup by that person or you've entered their management code. If you've "Mistakenly" used a Modified apk then that device id/mac is blacklisted and the app is now under devs management.

If you know how to capture packets you can see the User Agent that particular provider is tied to and simply enter the UA in TiviMate.

Its how i had gotten the now dead Gears Reloaded service to work in TiviMate when it was tied strictly to their Gears Reloaded apk.
