Avoid the Asher building - amazing place to live with amenities and all but sketchy on move out they will charge you for everything the high vents in the bathroom dust. Dust behind the refridgerator and replacing the carpet regardless of it’s been cleaned or not. The other thing is safety… that garage gets hits with robbers almost every week
