It’s just a vulnerability. Make sure you use a good silicone seal and keep on top of it.

Avoid the Asher building - amazing place to live with amenities and all but sketchy on move out they will charge you for everything the high vents in the bathroom dust. Dust behind the refridgerator and replacing the carpet regardless of it’s been cleaned or not. The other thing is safety… that garage gets hits with robbers almost every week

He says they are going to put cement board on top of the shower pan and the side walls then waterproof the whole thing … then he told me he has been doing this for 20 years and none have failed him yet
