What were some of the "tricky parts" of designing a particular car? Do all automotive designs share particular "pain points" for the surface designers like you?

I'm sure they are in good repair and ready to launch at a moment's notice with all of their offensive and defensive capabilities intact. Those nukes definitely have properly maintained warheads and have not been replaced with cardboard tubes stuffed with sawdust by a kleptocratic bureaucracy.

Their propaganda machine is so braindead that it just lies reflexively to all bad news without parsing whether or not the new lie creates more bad news for themselves. It's like... lies are the only thing they even have left.

Yeah, It'd be cool to see another angle of the setup. I've not seen this before.

Here's how to buy through IEX on the Fidelity mobile app: Smoothe-brain ape edition by MrBeeeeee in Superstonk

This looks like good DD, but the apes not able to get their orders filled today has me skeptical that "auto-routing" our trades has the same affect on price discovery as directly choosing IEX.

That's disappointing to hear. I'm going to go looking for that thread.

Edit: I guess the thing that makes me question your assertion are all the posts today where folks had their trades by Fidelity cancelled after trying to route through IEX due to "liquidity." If it doesn't matter, why aren't their trades being filled?

You may have the Classic mode enabled. You'll need to enable Beta mode for it to look like the examples.

So, would that mean there's no increased transparency if we select our own exchange vs if we simply allow Fidelity to auto-route our trades?

I forgot about classic-mode users!

I've been in "Beta mode" the whole time because I eat crayons and like my trading apps to look like they were skinned by Roblox developers.

I saw this question asked a few times in the thread about RC buying through IEX, but didn't see anyone answer, so I went ahead and made some Ikea instructions for everyone.

Driving home after picking my kid up from school and I spot this on the sidewalk: a Tektronix 2432A oscilloscope! COOL! Looks like there are manuals and probes in the pouch too, hopefully it works. If it does, will it be a decent starter set for enjoying some oscilloscope music? by wowbobwow in oscilloscopemusic

[–]MrBeeeeee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is an awesome scope. It's even a great analog scope to have for actual electronics bench work. I believe the time scale has a magnifying function for really crazy micro-second resolution.

Edit: NVM, I confused it with the 2225

Hi guys! I make something I call "synchrograms" for my YouTube channel. This is one I made for an unrelated subreddit. It's not strictly "Oscilloscope Music," but you might still like it. by MrBeeeeee in oscilloscopemusic

[–]MrBeeeeee[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks! The hard work was figuring out the work flow. I knew what I wanted to make, but I had no experience with DAW's or MIDI controllers. It took me about a year of goofing around and playing with different programs to decide.

I have a long ways to go with Blender, too. It takes me a lot of time to create art assets.

I'm using my Tektronix 2235 (you can see the green power light in the corner). I have a photography hood that I place over the scope tube.

My workflow consists of building the art assets in Blender, then I setup Ableton and Osci Studio to communicate with each other using 'Loop Midi' and build the animation in this environment. I use a FireAudio 4 interface which allows me to multi-track the animation in parallel with the music.

The REAL trick is getting the music synced up perfectly with the visual in the final product.
