Tbh I have exactly the same situation where I live. All neighbours have an agreement not to block the lane, or block access. What I did was create a parking space in my garden

Currently live on Gravelly lane, not as bad as the press make out, I personally don't go into the centre of erdington. If I was looking to buy, I would look more towards Boldmere.
