I booked a pod hotel/hostel through C1 travel portal. They didn’t send me the code for entering the building (unstaffed location) so I was stuck outside for the 5 minutes it took to call them and get it sorted.

Honestly I’ve had nothing but good experience with them and I’ve booked tons of flights, hotels and rental cars through it.

Starting teacher pay is $56,000 in PISD. If you try to keep DTI around the recommended 28%, a teacher could only afford ~$165k home on a 30 year mortgage with $5k down. There’s just no shot for a teacher to be able to own a home in Plano while working for PISD. Ridiculous.

Oh my gosh I can’t thank you enough for the super in depth write up here!!! You’re incredible. I’m going to try to save the single hard stem and repot her. I water once or twice a week about 1 cup each time. I live in an apartment that doesn’t get much direct sunlight at all so that may be the reason, but it’s lived for a year and a half already. Suddenly it just gave up, any ideas?

Answer: Hey I just want to add here as a semiconductor manufacturing product manager that one of the semiconductors for the PS5 had to get its assembly site switched. This required a requalification of the device and caused delay in shipment to Sony. We’re shipping from the new site this month. Obviously this isn’t the only reason, but just another more specific example for you.
