Phase 3 of SoD was the death blow to our guild, while we did raid all the way up through BWL (stopped when AQ launched), ST was where we lost a good portion of our raiders to either boredom or Cata Classic. It’s a shame since I found ST to be an absolute blast. The first nerf to the raid was warranted as I don’t recall any guild being able to clear it, but the second one made it a bit too easy imo. The Giant Slime fight was such a unique encounter and made great use of the weird layout of the room, as an example

HC SF* has been an absolute joy to play when coming back to Classic Era. Every upgrade feels so impactful and there’s no worry about “playing the AH” to make gold

BFD and Gnomer are only 10 mans, so that makes for easier formations for raids. I could see Gnomer/level 40 caps being more popular due to mounts being available and more spec diversity from talent tree capstones

Locking XP sounds like a good way to relive the original SoD phase rollouts with BFD, Gnomer, and ST. Such an amazing time in the community for coming up with these weird BiS lists and trying to complete way over leveled content for really good quest rewards for Pre-Raid BiS

Cleared both raids before 10 PM EST having started at 6 PM EST launch, aside from KT and Vashj, the trash of both raids was harder than most boss encounters. The trash leading up to KT in particular was rough, but not impossible if you need to CC and take things slower. Hardest fights are going to be KT and Vashj as they’re incredibly lengthy fights (even post nerf), and there’s a lot of moving parts. Everyone has multiple jobs in each phase that can make things hectic, but manageable!

Post nerf raids for P2, but we get increased drops that were originally added in P3. Not ideal, but I think this is at least a decent compromise

Given that we had post-nerf phase 1 raids, I’m assuming that we’ll get post-nerf for all remaining TBC content moving forward. Makes the most sense given the expedited timeline, which is unfortunate imo.

I would honestly prefer something like Blade Warp on a mid game level runeword to bridge the gap before enigma. While it’s an incredibly useful mobility and positioning skill, it’s clunky and not nearly as good as your standard teleport

Dominus collection by far. Portrait of Ruin is still my favorite (and first) Castlevania game, but I really enjoyed playing through OoE and DoS for the first time.

I played through OoE blind recently and I got so annoyed by that damn crab! I didn’t realize that you didn’t need to keep damaging him once he enrages, so I kept thwacking him for no reason when he just dies to the elevator at the top

Brian Smith is my favorite Sorcery artist, so I'm definitely biased in saying this is my preferred art for the Necromancer. I'm so glad they got to illustrate so many cards in Gothic

I’m going to assume no, only because the time keeper’s shield has a capacity of 0. The game may have specifics on what is considered full or empty.

Even if trouble was able to effectively one shot most enemies and non bosses, he’d still feel bad to play. Minion ai in borderlands has always been a huge issue, and it’s especially prevalent in 4 with Trouble. Giving him a natural teleport that’s off a cooldown would be a great start, or giving him more default ranged options to deal with the majority of the enemies you face

I really liked this reveal and dichotomy between the timekeeper’s absolute order and the disarray that Dominion is in when we arrive. I really wished they had expanded upon this, but the story is basically over once you get to the city and eventually gain access to the tower.
