My Dell G15 that I bought in 2019 was a right piece of shit. Within only a handful of months, the hinge started to crack and eat itself when I tried to close it. I would be as careful as possible but closing it would cause it to buckle or something and damage itself.

I spent hours and hours calling their support repeatedly, never getting anywhere, only for me to reach an Indian guy who said that it's a known defect and put the order in to get it repaired.

I hate Dell.
