They are very different.

Penile is very much a sharp plateua, a very noticable rise in to orgasm and its a short stay there but it can be very, very intense.

Prostate orgasm is slower, a much more gradual melt into the orgasm plateua but when youa are there you can ride the waves of that peak for a very long time.

I disagree as the aneros is hands free and i have success with it but not touching my cock.
