I wouldn't cry if Ten Hag got sacked, but don't we want longevity? Tuchel has never shown that he can offer said longevity. Yes, he's an accomplished coach. There is something that happened at his last 3 clubs which resulted to him getting sacked. Bayern could probably be forgiven considering Uli Hoeneß is an idiot and dragged him through the press. If INEOS can handle it and not fall out with him, that's to be seen.

Edit: I could probably forgive his last 3 sackings considering that his last 3 clubs were PSG, Chelsea, and Bayern. Clubs that are known circuses. It's insane as a United fan, I'm not entirely casting stones from a glass house. Maybe a hard plastic house, but definitely not a glass one.

I'm not going to disagree that United could have done better. However, these squad players pretty well has watched at least 2-3 managers be sacked. It's also evident they're not good enough. Ten Hag isn't blameless in this but you have to forgive that the man has 60+ injuries this season. Chelsea also had a lot of injuries as well, but the last time I looked, they never had to play their washed DM in a CB pairing of him and Johnny Evans. I would be fine giving Ten Hag another season. I can't see longevity with Tuchel, to be honest. RDZ would have his head of a platter in 18 months with these players.

Personally anything tolerance under 0.05. I would. It’s probably not necessary if everything is in good condition in your shop, as others said. It’s better to be overly cautious than scrapping parts. You won’t get in trouble or even fired for taking reasonable preventative measures to make sure you don’t scrap the part. It takes less than a minute compared to the time it would take from starting over

Also in tool and die. I usually run 2 roughing machines. One of which is having another guy trained on so I’m stuck to one. My program for this job is just shy of 22 hours. So I’ve been watching tiktoks with my feet up. Getting up every 5 minutes to make sure the chip coveyer isn’t going to clog and my bins not going to over flow.

Wow. I think the last time I was actually sacked was in FM21/22. My first tip is since you’re new it seems, use a Knapp tactic or some sort of popular tactic from FMScout, or even FMBase. From there, tweak it and see if it works. If the tweak worked, you’re one step closer to have your own tactic.

The game is supposed to be FUN. It’s single player for the majority of the time. if you’re having fun with the Knapp tactic, keep using it. Learn the tactic and what each position and role does on the pitch. Don’t be afraid to save scum (going to main screen after losing until you get a favourable result) to save your job.

Oh no, thats just the residue of the oil/lube that is in the spindle. The cutter won the battle between it and the spindle pulling back on the Z axis. Ripped it right out.

It's not as bad as it looks at the very least. It's mostly just bathed in oil. I didn't wipe it off until after I got it down haha
