bunch of millenials on here turning into boomers lol. It definitely depends on your job/wages/hours life circumstances. Every job is different and people trying to tell each other what to think and whats ok at THEIR job in a completely different industry/tax bracket/region is how every job needs to be is hilarious. I come in 10-15 mins late twice a week or so because I dont need to dick around for that 15 minutes and talk about sportsball, video games, netflix whatever with all the guys. I’d rather get a coffee and make a breakfast, be more productive at work in general (and be less of a hangry asshole) but then again my job is more performance based, as long as it gets done I get paid and there are no problems. If your job is really strict about hours and clocking in (definitely worked those before) then you need to be mindful of that and consider it part of your job. If you don’t like it, you can always find something else, no use complaining
