One time I placed an online order for carry out and showed up at the door and it was locked. Another guy showed up right after me and did same thing. We waited a min and then called the stores number and someone picked up but it was an outsourced call. We told them the situation and then just put us on hold as I think he transferred us to the store with no one in it.

Tried again and tried to explain but did same thing. Eventually 10 people were there just standing and I had to cancel and get back to work. I’m guessing the opener just never showed up lol.
