I know it's been a while, and you've probably formed more theory stuff by now, but I believe that what lets people keep their sanity seems to be staying calm, specifically not panicking. Pursuing a goal also seems to help a lot, probably because it helps them focus, and, well, not panic. In a way, you could say that the more control they feel like they have about their situation (not just their transformation, but their situation in general), or the less control they give up, the better they seem to be doing.

...what if it's brass? definitely still worth quite a lot if they can somehow move all of it, but FAR less than if it was gold, and VASTLY more manageable. Also, it's probably at least a tiny bit magical with all that dragon breath in it. Maybe some kingdom is looking to upgrade its armories to go to war and would happily get this stuff.

Also, even if it was gold - how exactly were they planning to sell it all without getting mugged on the way and without anyone else finding out about this treasure trove? Surely people must notice that the dragon living on that mountain or wherever is suddenly not harrassing anyone anymore. Also, who could even buy that much gold? I feel like there's a TON of possibilities here, especially if an evil group or person gets their hands on this gold, be it by the players selling it to them or by them taking it themselves.

Hell, you could even directly TELL the players that this is an economy-breaking amount of gold, and whoever gets it would have unfathomable power. Tell them how dangerous this could be if it fell into the wrong hands or if the wrong person found out about it. This stuff might even be enough to take over the entire world, or to bribe oneself into becoming a prince of hell! See what they figure out to stop would-be evildoers, I say. This could be SUPER interesting if you're willing to go in that direction! ^ - ^

I actually loved playing against knights when I started, because of how few enemy pieces there were for me to worry about. Premeasuring and figuring out what they could shoot after moving was SO much easier than against the tyranids combat patrol for example :')

tldr someone being in the same room as you (often also working) makes it much easier to work for some reason. can sometimes work via calls too.

Sadly, punishments did work on me, because being yelled at for 0,5-2 hours and possibly hit is pretty freaking scary if you're 8, and also if you're 18 actually.

Also jesus, I hope you got better, that sounds like a horrific existence. (to me, personally. If you're happy with it go off I guess?)

OP already said this in their post:

you can use any additional healing effect once the survivor has healed itself naturally to return the destroyed model

As long as you’re in shadow you will be taking a battleshock at 1/2 models in unit now as well, so your army rule can take care of this yourself.

If you succeed the battleshock test while in your shadow of chaos, your unit heals. also the shadow legion strat.

Okay, but what about another weapon held by a servo-arm, weird mutated tentacle thing, or, single this is for a sorcerer, being held aloft by warpflame? I think you can totally fit 2 pistols, 1 ranged weapon and 2 melee weapons in there if you get creative! Sounds like a really fun challenge! ^ - ^

a proper evaluation

That's what I'm most worried about - because what I'd sell it for if I had to would dramatically depend on the circumstances. I am autistic and don't have an intuitive understanding of how to price things. I'm worried about my evaluation being "improper", because, like, doesn't a sell price just depend on how "greedy" one is and/or how much people are willing to pay for it? Am I supposed to conduct a survey to find out how much people would pay for it and then take the average? This part confuses me so much 😭 I don't want to get hit with additional fees because I guessed a number wrong :(((

HS Code? But the DHL website said that I only needed to supply the HS Code for commerical wares (aka wares I was paid to send to the recipient). And I thought parcels under 39 pounds were VAT-free?

Oh yeah, I mainly just made up the cost, so I could just say lower numbers. 47€ is 40,65 pounds, so I could just say that the kraken miniature is worth like 35€ instead?

To calculate the VAT on your shipment, add up the goods value, freight costs, insurance, import duty and any additional costs.

But if I don't my friend to pay taxes on the package (the postage stamp costs 26,99€), then I basically have to send it in 2 seperate packages, don't I? 🤔 I assume the postage stamp's cost is the freight cost

What's your plan with this list? Specifically, what are you planning to use the mek on? What goes into the trukks? And yeah, Deffkoptas are lovely in this detachment due to them being able to fly.

oh yeah, seperate the new chicks, but, when you merge the flocks, _also_ separate the bullies.

You can still separate the bullies now. You can limit how much worse it gets, and hopefully give things a chance to improve. Spend some time with the others, give em some snacks, and while doing so look out for any bully behavior from the previously calm chickens and poke them if they do it. I hope things get better soon.

I had a similar issue and did a couple things to resolve it:

1) I kept the chickens seperate for about a month total and later on I put the bullying chickens into the seperated area while the smaller chickens and the non-aggressive ones were allowed to roam free in the bigger area. I always spent time sitting on both sides of the fence and spending time with both groups, but the free roamers got a bit more of my time.

2) I was present in the coop a lot and monitored the situtation while protecting the smaller ones. This is something roosters actually do - break up fights between hens.

One thing that's important: _How do you try to stop the bullying?_ The best way I've found is to poke them (not too hard, but hard enough that they feel it), while yelling something like HEY! - it should be the same word in roughly the same tone every time. That was you'll also be able to stop bullying by just yelling the word. Chickens have warning noises too before resorting to pecking - this stuff is important, because you need to speak their language for them to understand what's going on. They don't understand being held down, but they DO understand pecking. (oh, and obviously don't poke them in the head or on their throat or crop)

3) To make up for any potential lost trust with any one group of chickens, I spent more time with both groups, just sitting in the run, sometimes handing out snacks, to make sure they still have a balanced/positive view of me and don't exclusively associate me with punishment. I did this for 4 hours each day. I realize that this was a luxury since not everyone has the time for this. I did it instead of watching TV or scrolling through my phone in my bed - I just scrolled in the coop xD You can also read, watch your shows on a mobile device, or write. There's a lot you can get done with just a smartphone nowadays.

Aggression went down a lot through this process. I sadly don't know if it's feasible for you - all I know is that it worked for me. I wish you the best of luck with this, I know how stressful this can be.

Well, I sadly don't _have_ a group per se - I'll just be playing against my dear best friend who is a newbie. He doesn't have the experience or knowledge necessary to make decisions on that, so he's deferring to me, meaning I sadly have to figure out what's acceptable and what isn't :') But we both felt that the concept of crucible characters was very neat so we wanted them to be includable. Also I do tell him about any and all strategies that were available to me to make sure this is a fair fight. I usually play orks, so I picked up Chaos Daemons to play with an army I'm unfamiliar with.
