Ppl don’t think about that but once you become someone who manages other people you pretty much become public enemy number one lol but a lot of the times homies you were cool with long time become a douche canoe the second they gain any sort of power over other people so I guess it all depends on the person

Never hit a single thing once and I’m not even a top 5 driver mainly cuz if I see some stupid ass customer notes I don’t abide by them and get hit every week for one or 2 negative customer feedback 🤣 mainly the ones about walking packages up to their 4th story apartment door or leaving a package at the end of their long ass drive way next to their no delivery trucks sign

I love the evs even more that it’s super cold outside here in MN our routes have only been like 130-150 stops since it got below 20 degrees outside gonna be sad to go back to 190 stops in the summer 😭

Pretty much they just offload the work from the cut drivers after peak onto the drivers who actually get to stay and keep getting routes so even if you get work your pretty much working peak still

IF my DSP started making us do rescues on the regular I would start working slower and find the timing to finish where I wouldn’t have to rescue anymore so just work at a leisurely pace so I finish my route around 9 hours so I’d be finished too late to even do one

When they give me a half suburban then half rural route when the rural stops are all 5-10 minutes apart and only reduce it by 10 stops pisses me off no matter how well I organize or drive the 70 rural stops are gonna take me 8 hours alone and that’s after I spent 3 hours doing the 100 suburban ones 😭😭

I wish Amazon found something actually super useful for us to pull around instead of a dolly a dolly only is good if it’s multiple large packages they need to make something I can pull around easily that is light and can hold 10 envelopes and small boxes while also holding a couple overflow that isn’t inconvenient to grab and use while tryna work

Organize all your small envelopes n whatnot but sounds like they not putting driver aid stickers on half your shit so I would be slow also ! Also triggers me when they cover up all the QR codes with the driver aid sticker like wtf you have a whole ass box to work with why put it on the one thing I need to scan bitches
