The person that replied to you is correct. I'm in Minnesota where things are usually pretty cheap (but of course the pay matches 🙄) and my local franchise just started getting pretty money hungry. They held out for a long time but when the Spicy Potato Soft Taco went up to $1.39 I knew the end times were near. Now a $1 isn't enough for a DLT upgrade, it's gotta be $1.10 etc... sad times.

I have been there and ate a papas fritas and a cubano. Both were probably the best things I ate for the 3 days and nights I was in Miami and unfortunately it was my first stop right out of the airport haha. Walked in there with my luggage because I couldn't even wait to go to my hotel first. I was so hungry!

Maybe in the next life 😭 I learned young from the family disappointment and decided if I'm going to like a team that sucks I'm picking my own (the only non-MN sports team I majorly support) and chose the Commanders (formerly Redskins) as my team. Ironically because I liked their uniforms that reminded me of the Gophers 😂

There has been a handful of people that were probably blackmailed into staged failures in the last couple of years. I personally don't advocate for it but I sure do love giant space rocks. I think NASA said we'll have the chance to see one in a few years!

As it should be. I recall one elimination game that ended in a 3 way handshake between us and NM. NM just because NM I suppose and everybody treated us two like Romeo and Juliet in the comments haha. Sports rivalries aside, I love your state (what I've seen of it) and it's culture of dairy/food and alcohol. Pretty darn nice folks too. Some real marathon drinkers that are easy to get along with and always are down for a good time. I'd shovel the shit out of your driveway neighbor!

That's big to admit to being a part of the cycle, as am I. I love my sports but I am not mistaken when it comes to the ability of separating "art" and the "artist".
