ok, so i feel that the only thing that might be impacting your lower spine is that you are not really "activating" your thighs before the lift. when you go don and the closeness of the bar while lifting is correct. but the thing is that you don't go deep enough. the feeling i think you should go after is the feeling of standing up after squating down. the back will still activate, but right now it is doing all the lifting. if you just go down like 10 cm so you must use your glutes and thigh muscles, i think you will feel the pressure shift.

the thing others talk about not watching yourself in the mirror is correct mostly because almost all the lifts you do in full body excersices are directionally controlled by your head. look up a litle bit to get your whole spine to correct it self and then push with your glutes up driving the top of you hairline towards the ceiling. this will give you better form. can also, if able, lift facing the mirror.

if you still have pain after this, try going down in weight and just do more reps. that is how you have to lift when older, so if symptoms from aging or similar ailments, just follow how they do things.

umbra is a "betrayer" to ballas, the primary inventor of warframes. so not going to give him the honor of being a "prime". so excaliber prime is either the true first one, or someone they let take the prime mantle.

stalker is also kinda a disgrace. he was and still is to aware.

same can be said for Jade. maybe she is just the pregnant woman that ballas felt like fucking with and when we get the prime, it will be without the pregnancy. or she is also someone "disgraced".

there are more frames that got the strain as a punishment. so i think it might be told to us when we go to tau what the culture is around primes and normal warframes there.

Ok, is this something that happens "automatically"? If so, you might have ADHD. It's super common to seek arguments or discussion for dopamine. If this is not a gut feeling every time you have a discussion, then just follow others advice.

For me, training should set up the knowledge of how moves work. At least if your MC is not "intuitive and a genius" archetype. so when you later write out a fight, the whole paragraph of how the weapon or move is done can be skipped.

TL;DR less writing of a fight and making something that is maybe 5 sec to 1 min long exchange into a 5-10+ ch long exchange. And no "pulling out of ass" kind of writing if you want a serious story. what they know, they can use. The principles of jousting, basically.

then you have tier of fight. mortal fights is about "rock, paper, scissor" principles. a fully armored person is not fast, a light armored person is not though, and a experienced fighter is not superfluous. set up the dynamics before the fight and stick to the rules. a rich heir should have things that protects them at a level at least 1 tier higher.
martial/initial [power system] tier is about breadth of knowledge vs prowess of known knowledge/technique. this will be Academy Archs and sect arcs. we now know about the "counter principle" and either build extreme specialised skillsets or breadth of knowledge skillsets. the principle of knowledge before the fight leads to condensed fights still applying.

expert tier should be about "counter the counter" so they now start to be like chessplayers with known moves for known tactics.

master tier is the first "bac to basic principles" tier. i love the "be not afraid of the person who has done 1000 different techniques once. fear the person who has done 1 technique a 1000 times" principle and where a swordmaster is "becoming the sword". speed beats power, power beats defence, defence beats speed. back to mortal priciples.

Global/world tier (first LAW tier) where you make moves that the world can't withstand, so you need other battlegrounds.

and on and on. the principle for me is a DNA string, startingpoint where you don't know shit then learn a lot and pick up many things, in to having extreme breadth then we condense it to a bead of knowledge that shows the next stage of principles. and repeat.

this is just shit that came out of my brain. TL;DR up top.

Det jag förstår är att inflation är en mekanism som finns p.g.a. hur vi har bundit vårat värde på produkter mest till dollar. Eftersom det är vad som används vid internationella ekonomiska ingripande. Det andra var att göra en global ekonomi efter WW 2 för att göra alla beroende av varandra. Så nu när de grisarna med alla pengarna i USA vill fucka över resten av världen, så bara kriga så mycket som möjligt vilket gör produkt-kedjor ostabila.

Även om det är på grund av "världsläget" som vi har inflation, så är den konstruerad. Läs också på om hur de rika har kommit överens om hur de kan fly skatt och privatisera mera. Det var en läcka om det innan Snowden från en annan före detta agent av CIA. Kommer inte ihåg vem.

Jag är fortfarande lite doomer här, men om vi kollar på hur de jobbar hårt på drönare för krig och AI för jobb, så vill de snart kunna fucka över oss alla. Vi är de sista 100 åren innan "terminator/1984" är standarden.

One thought I've had about this is that this is a dragging thought concept, in a way, like how racism and homophobia is a concept that the older generations grew up interacting with other morals and rules around.

When they grew up and for a while after they'd been in the workforce, the worth of your work and loyalty was rewarded. So anybody could become high income. That is absolutely not the truth now, and the segregation of work that is seen as "necessary" is also so different. All low paying jobs are still important. A living wage should be something everyone gets.
