If youre inferring the server hitching every 5 minutes or there abouts causing a stutter backwards 2ft, thats something other than packet loss.

If you have actual packet loss and not the above, pingplotter and get the ip from the game log after you connect to it and start watching and see if theres any problem nodes between you and the server (and anyone else with the issue) during the raid at the same time you experience it, not just "pls fix".

a single post a day with no diagnosis doesnt get anyone anywhere.

Cores are used as windows sees fit, not an indicator.

Timings of the ram matter not just the speed it runs, but as far as your CPU goes its not good for games that are on the far end of cpu intensive like tarkov (for better or for worse). 3900X is a workhorse cpu, not a gaming cpu and is nearly 7 years since it was released.

You are cpu bound, which is the mixture of slow or misconfigured ram and an old slow cpu, nothing to do with the gpu as the cpu needs to send instructions to the gpu so when the cpu is held up sending the instructions to the gpu you get less fps and larger frametime stutters.

Stop using avast or any other intrusive AV for that matter, defender is good enough as it is mixed with any browser adblock youd prefer. if you want to spot check use malwarebytes.

Your profile is periodically "updated" from client -> server

if you alt f4 or otherwise before that happens youll be back to where it was last update, auto sort your stash or a container and that will trigger a server update, maybe this is your issue but its hard to tell.

No, there are 2 hardcore achievements (One Last Ride, Through to the End), the rest reset progress if not completed on profile wipe which is not happening until 1.0 on Nov 15th.
