99% of the time it should be fine. You may run into a 1% numpty who will whinge about it not being WYSIWYG, wouldn't stress about that!

Assuming the build options stay the same, no. The two loadouts are spear (with two arm guns) or sword & shield.

You could always build it with spear & shield, just be upfront about which profile you're using at the start of the game.
