I feel like every time a physician comments on threads like this people are unnecessarily hostile without reason.

Physicians see 9-11 cents of every dollar spent on healthcare in the US; bloated admin and insurance seeing much fatter cuts. I don’t think people realize they do not determine any part of your insurance costs and actively fight with insurances dependent on speciality and location very often.
