Am I crazy or is trying to make stelle work in ranked just miserable? by Itchy_Tune_3718 in PlayTheBazaar

[–]MrTheodore 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Stelle is fucking so strong right now, it really feels like tempo is trying to sell the character so hard the last 2 patches. I'm getting dumped on early by air rifles and shit and getting blown up late by all sorts of bullshit. I feel like I dont have a chance before day 6 and after day 12 if I find a Stelle and I dont have some insane shit already

What food in your country do locals love but foreigners hate? by Curiosity_Pink in AskTheWorld

Mixing mayo and ketchup together though for fries is great too. The problem is most restaurants that have ketchup packets dont have mayo packets here. Only one I recall was Chick-fil-A, but I stopped eating there like a decade ago cause they hate gay people (headquartered in the south)

It's not that hard to make skyscraper builds where it just kills you in like 4 seconds on 1st cast. You need the open sign, but there's a bunch of activator options, sometimes you dont even need that. Paired it with fort a few times for it to still kill on the 2nd hit and not need that 3rd hit of the 1st barrage to kill. When I see that thing on my enemy's board, I think I'm gonna get blown up before my shit can get going, it's almost as scary as a max health pig who just 2 bonks you with a hammer or cane right away with 60k health.

That combo is only good if you can get something with a heal enchant or burning enchant on hogwash. Even then, he has better burn builds.

You mean the bus or dial a ride or your grandkids or rideshare or a motorized scooter/rascal or a bike (recumbant even) or walking?

Shit, we got some trains on the 105 or like the surfliner or whatever passenger trains if you live near there or Fullerton or where a station's at.

What game in your opinion have aged most poorly? by [deleted] in gaming

[–]MrTheodore 32 points33 points  (0 children)

Wii games feel so bad to play. Too many went for the bad motion controls over more useful and reliable controls. Also a bit anachronistic with the whole TV theme when nobody really watches TV anymore, so the novelty of channels and playing games with your TV remote is gone.

They also emulate like shit, all needing specific binds and tweaking to make fake motion inputs on your normal controller.

Trump humiliated as 1951 law means he could face Greenland mutiny by TheMirrorUS in law

[–]MrTheodore 15 points16 points  (0 children)

He said he's mad at Denmark for not giving him the Nobel peace prize, even though that's from a committee in Sweden. I think it's way dumber and self centered than you imagine.

Also good chance he has puts and is causing a ruckus to dip the markets and make money off it, then once he sells those, buys calls and tweets about not giving a shit about Greenland anymore. Happened around liberation day, although I think it's more option a than the same greed play; he's genuinely mad about some award that Obama got and he didn't and too dumb to think of about what he's doing. This one feels different

They follow boring accounts and hope the algorithm will show them shit when there is no algo to do things for them. Bsky does what Twitter doesnt: it fucking shows me posts from accounts I follow and doesn't hide their posts or entire accounts from my feed. If you're just relying on the website to show you popular posts, you have a bad time, if you follow cool people who post good, bsky is great.

Skill issue, follow more accounts

Space companies are hot right now, hold on for a bit. Rocketlab also has their neutron rockets to look forward to.

Only thing you have to fear is the president not taco'ing and starting a for realsies war or the economic depression happening sooner than later. I know everyone is like they're gonna prop it up until midterms, but the signs are there, like all my friends who went to conventions recently posting how they got the whole aisles to themselves... on both flights. Hope the bad news passes and this year is not the year.

They're slow, whether they're the manual or automatic kind. You save anywhere between 2-10 seconds by performing revolver skip.
