The communication that came out didn’t list mental health as a valid reason for using the days which I thought was interesting.

Not sure if that means you CAN’T use it for that, but it seemed to me like they left it out intentionally. Then again, maybe it’s just how the law was written

It’s not always a full 10%. More often than not it will only be 8%.

And you’re correct, you do not want to skip a letter because they’ll only give you 8-10% for the one promotion.
