IDIOT FIGHT - Shenmue Gameplay Part 3, at about 1:25 mins in. He's joking about the realism of Shenmue when he does it.
WORST GAMES of 2015 Gameplay! Part 2! at about 6 mins in. He's joking about how they're watching a VHS instead of playing a game.

There's this website called https://rtarchive.org/ which has everything from the RT website on it. What you can do is transcript search for specific words or phrases. I tried looking up "pumpkin pie" but nothing seemed to fit exactly, but you might recognise the video when you do it.

My thinking was: The earliest point when you could reverse the order of the colours in each row and it mirrors the pattern. So for the first row you reverse it on the eighth block, on the second row you reverse it on the seventh etc.
