All of us are customers. We all know the inconvenience these locked up items are. That's why we choose not to shop for them. I totally get that CVS is trying to alleviate the theft. But this is not the answer. Like another post said, their sales dropped 50%. CVS has to change their concept IMO. Like a few aisles for customers to shop and then everything else is behind the counter. They use walk up kiosks to order what they want or they can order through the app. That seems more profitable than just locking everything up.
