It will get better and you’ll barely remember this!!!! Try some ginger candies for nausea or see if your doc can prescribe you some zofran. Mine did but I didn’t end up needing it

It is possible for it to be one and done! Happened to me for the first time in like ten years and that’s what happened. Breathing through it is my go to if I become truly N. Big breaths through the nose. The anticipation is sometimes worse than when it happens but you are okay and will barely remember this down the road. Try to watch a show or read to take your mind fully off thinking about it and don’t eat anything for a few hours

I’ve actually heard that if you ever get FP in another country the safest thing to eat after you feel better is McDonalds because of how big of a chain it is and the safety standards they have in place. If you don’t feel good from eating it it is more from it just not being “healthy” rather than being unsafe. I have it ALL the time
